    Position Details

    Responsibilities:
    §  Coordinate the design and implementation of logging and reporting tools across a variety functional and organizational teams

    Director, Yield Management

    The Director of Yield Management will play the critical role of optimizing and maximizing our yield across the existing and new businesses within the Ask Partner Network.  The role will partner, influence and liaise across all departments: Product, Business Development, Operations, Engineering, Reporting, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Management. 

    Position Details

    §  Model, Test, and Analyze our full business funnel (offer to revenue) to optimize for yield.  Collaborate with appropriate departments to present/defend proposals and get buy-in to enact changes.
    §  Extend the above process over to new products and teams as new business scales
    §  Manage a team of two analysts, with potential for more as the business grows
    §  Collaborate with other analytics teams across IAC to share findings and adopt wins
    §  Partner with BD/AM teams to spread “best practices” to drive yield across our partners.  Manage & join external calls as needed to troubleshoot and/or influence partner decisions with data.
    §  Actively review top APN partnerships and provide yield optimization suggestions
    §  Drive all platform optimizations
    §  Support all partner-initiated testing and optimizations
    §  Support all product-driven optimization and testing

    A Bit About the Role:
