Andrew is responsible for overseeing APN, as well as CityGrid Media, IAC's local search & discovery network. Since taking the helm of APN in 2008, Andrew has lead the company through record revenue growth, forging partnerships with leading consumer software companies, device manufacturers, operators and web publishers, while directing the development of a suite of products and platforms in search, browsers, device access and content & application discovery.
Andrew has been with APN's parent company IAC and sister company Ask.com for over a decade, previously serving in a variety of business development and operational roles. Prior to IAC/Ask.com, Andrew was an attorney at the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis in New York City. Andrew received his B.A. Business Administration from The University of Michigan School of Business Administration and his J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School.
COO & General Counsel
Adam joined IAC in August 2007, and has been a senior executive within IAC's Search and Applications Group since 2008. Prior to this role, Adam was General Counsel both to APN and its sister company, Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc., as well as their constituent operating businesses. Adam began his career at the AMLaw 100 international law firm Morgan Lewis, following which he spent time as in-house counsel and general counsel at an international pharmaceutical company and start-up consumer products firm, respectively.
Adam received his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and his juris doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Andy has been working in Internet product and technology for more than 20 years. Prior to APN, Andy was SVP of Product Management at comScore. He was previously VP/GM of Yahoo! Mail and VP of Messaging & Social Media for AOL, and has also run product and technology teams at startups such as AddThis and UnboundID. His career in Internet technology began with Netscape in the mid-90’s. Andy holds a BS, MS, and PhD in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.

As GM of APN’s Mobile business, Poorab is primarily responsible for leading product innovation, software development and business operations. Prior to his role at APN Mobile, Poorab led a variety of product, platform and business initiatives within IAC Search & Applications, most recently as SVP of Product & Technology for APN's desktop and search businesses. Before IAC, Poorab had a long and successful tenure as a Principal Engineer at Priceline.com building a range of products and scaling infrastructure during the website's rapid growth phase.
Poorab holds a Masters in Engineering from L.D.C.E in Ahmedabad, India, which he earned while building and selling Axon Computers, his first startup venture.
Co-General Manager of APN Mobile
Christian is responsible for the strategy and growth of APN's Mobile business. Previously, he was Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Offercast Mobile. Christian joined APN in 2011, heading up business development at Offercast before founding the Offercast Mobile team. Christian brings a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem and a strong history of building successful partnerships worldwide. Prior to joining APN, Christian held positions at Opera Software, Obopay, Yahoo and InfoSpace.
Christian earned his MBA from Duke University after working for Arthur Andersen and JPMorgan in Switzerland.
SVP, Planning & Analysis
Tae serves as SVP, Planning & Analysis of APN, where he is responsible for financial planning, business analysis, and analytics. Prior to this role, Tae has served in various financial roles within IAC, including Manager, FP&A for IAC Advertising Solutions and its predecessors as part of Ask Jeeves. Before joining Ask, Tae earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union.
VP Human Resources
Kim brings wide-ranging human resources experience to APN that spans public and private software companies. Prior to APN, Kim served as head of Human Resources at Host Analytics, a VC-backed cloud-based enterprise performance management company. She has also held HR positions with companies such as IronPort Systems (acquired by Cisco Systems), Adobe Systems and Macromedia. Kim holds a bachelors of science degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a Master in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
